yellow

Making average everyday things in yellow, the brightest yellow and sculpting tiny stuff, kinda realistic and at the same time super unrealistic egg muffins and honey bees. Toting around the sun in my oatmeal bags, thinking I should do more hand sewing because hemming the brim on the Oslo hat is so enjoyable every dang time. Feeling so uninspired at times and not worrying when it won’t feel this way, just doing what feels nice, keeping with familiar knits, small sews, and favorite suppers. Always cute, living life looking like some kind of Studio Ghibli character, thanks to a yellow hat with a little cold porcelain strawberry on it.

Holiday Baking

A baker at heart, I couldn’t help but sculpt some tiny clay versions of my favorite holiday treats πŸ’• (I’m also a homemade buttermint addict, but wasn’t super sure those would translate into a recognizable charm to anyone but me?!?)

Gingerbread snowflakes, handmade one by one, each unique in all the world πŸ’•

If I had to pick one cookie to eat for the rest of my life it would be shortbread, sugar topped shortbreads πŸ’•

You’re invited: Red hots & jingle bells mandatory πŸ’•

Super limited production (only 3 ever!) of these crazy brandy butter holly topped peppermint puddings as cupcakes? 100% SWEET, but also (sadly) 100% NOT A THING or EDIBLE! πŸ’•

Behind the scenes of a tiny cookie factory πŸ’•
